I add everything as I go, generally I have two protein shakes a day and i might enter those when I enter my breakfast. The Android app makes this pretty easy and awesome

you can change the ratio for carbs/protein/fats by manually setting your goals. I set my protein to 50% of my diet.

You DO NOT need the pull up bar, you can use the resistance bands with an attachment and hang them over the door similar to a lat pull down machine at the gym. my first 2 weeks of p90x i only had 1 40lb resistance band and it worked fine. Thanks accountant_boi, generally I don't eat back all of my exercise calories anyway and i don't think 100 is really going to make a huge difference at 1000 calorie deficit for me anyway but I am glad i wasn't the only one who was curious.
