I haven't tried the DVDs but I do have one of the video games for Wii, and it just wasn't the same as going to the class; I just couldn't get into it. But if you're doing it with someone else you might have better luck feeling motivated than I did at home.

I don't remember where you have to go exactly so you could probably just search for it...I remember I did a Google search and it brought me to the page after I was logged back in. When I initially deactivated it a year ago, there wasn't that option. But you just submit the request as to why you want it gone, and then it…

This was a big reason why I wanted to get ride of mine, it's so frustrating I just felt it necessary to be spiteful even if it was difficult on my my part haha. Facebook is extremely privatized and I can't get down with that. So just keep in mind that you won't be able to view a majority of pages once you get rid of your…

I deactivated mine a little over a year ago and finally just got back on to permanently delete it last month. Best decision I've ever made.

I finally got a nice knife block...I love it and I don't know what I'd do without it! That and probably unfortunately the microwave.

I smoked for a long time and the thing that made me realize I HAD to quit for good was when I started riding my bike a lot. (I moved to the city and sold my car for a nice bike.) Genetically my lungs are shot anyway, so if I had even just a couple cigarettes the day BEFORE, I was huffing and puffing when I got on my bike…

I am 23 and they have been around as long as I can remember going to the store with my mom as a little kid. And the reason they are so fast is because they have to be! At least here, they have to move at a certain speed or they will get fired. But either way, I love Aldi as well, although I actually don't buy my produce or…

Of Montreal puts on an amazing live show. Aside from that, GWAR is actually really awesome (and entertaining) live.

Very interesting! You're most like someone from East Timor. You have a lower BMI than 90% of females aged 15-29 in your country (United States). You have a lower BMI than 65% of females aged 15-29 in the world.

ooh these look so yummy!

Great post girl! I had heard of some of these but others are totally new to me. I'll have to give them a try!

Chicago! Originally from the nw burbs though.

ooh I just went shopping not long ago, but next time I'll have to grab a picture! This is a fun idea :) And darn, the last time I went shopping, my haul was really great too...

I've been a vegetarian for about five or six years, one of which I spent as a vegan. Ended up eating dairy due to situational circumstances and just ended up never going back. I really want to start eating vegan again, but it's super hard once you're so conditioned to eating something like dairy and then begin to crave it…

I'm a cultural studies major in my second to last semester, with a minor in women and gender studies :) I love it! However!!!! They are talking about cutting our major out completely due to "prioritization" (despite it being one of the highest graduation satisfaction rates, alongside a lot of other positive statistics), so…

I would love a body like that. Just think of how much *kitten* she could kick on top of it!

Is there a specific reason you're trying to incorporate fish? If you don't find anything you enjoy the taste of, find a supplement for whatever nutrient you're looking for! If it's an omega thing, flax and chia seeds are good sources, and that you can just blend into smoothies. Aside from that and protein, I can't really…

It used to be between 100-110, but that's not really taking muscle mass into consideration... the biggest thing is that I want to get rid of my pudgy belly! I'm somewhere around 115-120 right now, but DEFINITELY nowhere near toned looking.

Sweet potato all the way

oooh this sounds delicious.

Out of the low calorie beer waters, I really like MGD 64. But it also takes a lot to get a buzz from it, so by the time you actually feel it you might as well have just had a better tasting beer. So I dunno.

oooh thanks mackeric. I haven't really used the message boards except for a couple times so I didn't even think to try searching anything up first.
-
You look awesome! Congrats on all your hard work! :)

I just commute by bike and ride for fun/around town. Nothing intense, but I like talking about anything to do with bikes.
-
Haha yeah, I just mean like man-powered pedaling. But it's all good!

I feel like it's impossible for me to lose my belly fat too... I've heard bicycle crunches and cardio help out but like people have already said, it's not like you can target one specific area :/

I LOVE kale. It's really good if you break it into little pieces and drizzle it with a little bit of oil and salt, then bake it at 350 for about five minutes. Good substitute for potato chips.

I'm not a mom but I think it could be a good idea. That way you could track to make sure you're gaining weight at a good pace too, on top of tracking all your nutritional needs. I would make sure to keep your doctor as the primary go-to though.

Definitely give black beans a try... I've never had a patty with red or kidney beans, but black beans are definitely a safe and tasty bet. I suggest trying it topped with some mango salsa :)

So far, these are really good albums I've been able to just play continuously while I'm running (which is nice because then it's not the same playlist over and over, and I'm not worrying about skipping around): All Day-Girl Talk (Girl Talk's Feed the Animals would probably be really good too) The Black Album-Jay-Z Safari…
