Everyday varies for me. Most often, I did it along with walking my dogs, or pilates, or yoga. Nothing too crazy. I aimed for 1 hour of exercise 5 days a week, but usually did 6 days a week.

I don't think it's too bad, there are some jumping jacks and jump rope, but I don't jump very high. You can modify the jumping or follow the beginner level where you are not required to get your feet too high off of the ground.

I would probably look up in advance what wasn't so bad, then I'd try to fit in an extra workout, a shorter, high-inpact one to help compensate. How mean of her to laugh. I'd take it, eat it, and then tell her how excited you were that despite eating there you still managed to lose weight at your next weigh-in.

I just started Level 3 today. I haven't lost a lot either (only have 40lbs to lose total) but lemme tell you my first day level 3 was quite a bit harder than level 1 and 2. I felt like 1 and 2 weren't a huge stretch. Funny because I like some of the level 3 exercises best but wowsa I had trouble getting through it.…

I wish the Biggest Loser ones were available that way! I don't find many I like, but I use them for Pilates and Yoga. The 10-minute ones are good because you can do 2 or 3 together, but different ones each day.
