This is why it helps me. I am getting in a lot of vegetables I used to never eat. I'm getting a lot of nutrients I don't normally ever eat. I never got my recommended daily servings of vegetables in EVERYDAY until I got the bullet. Now I can make a drink and it's so easy. I never got much of a variety until the bullet…

I think people who like nutribullet aren't saying that just owning it makes you lose weight. GMAFB. It helps me because I have a hard time eating fruits and veg all day, chew chew chew. I feel like to get my required fruit and veg servings I'd be chewing all day. I buy fruits and veg but I end up not being able to eat them…

Well, I just did week 1 and I did not lose anything, I stayed the same. Very discouraging because you work your butt off so hard when doing insanity! I want to quit but my workout partner probably isn't going to let me. I think it allows me too many calories. It said 2000, but here on MFP I am only allowed 1200, without…

I defintely agree. If we don't have anything in common or you can't tell me why you want to add me, then I find it a bit creepy. I hate when people do it on Facebook too. Remind me who you are if we aren't close.... tell me why.... or get lost! I add some people on here, I don't get a lot of requests though. However, I…

Yeah I think so. You were right though for US it is smaller, but I never went that far down I was only one size difference. And like the former poster who said she couldn't even fit into the same size cause it was too small... yeah you know I can't even go to stores in the US and get the same size. That frustrates me.…

OH wow that was so not the experience my friends and I had while we lived there, perhaps it's changed since then. I may have had it backwards that I'd get one size larger in the UK, but I don't recall that large of a gap.
-
When I lived there usually UK was one size smaller, but I was told by some that they would get 2 sizes smaller. I am a 12 in US so I'd get a 10 in UK, usually. However for jeans, and other pants, I'm never the same size from US store to store so hard to say sometimes... my experience was I'd go one size smaller, usually.…

I hate stretch because they feel so thick, and hard to move in. I live somewhere hot so I don't like thick denim clinging to me. Also they fit too big in the stomach/waist but I can't go smaller as they are too tight in the legs for me. I have a pair that's not stretch but slimmer/tighter fit for boots. It's hard to wear…
-
Well I also hate that a lot of jeans and pants won't fit me correctly either. Also of course if my pants fit perfect everywhere else, they don't fit in the calves or hardly go over them. I have to wear pants that are too big everywhere else usually, unless I can find a flared fit. I don't know, muscular calves are one…

Wixy, I've heard of doing that actually. Everyone, I know you are right when you say I should just be happy. I'm working on it. I think that if I got to my goal weight that they will look better. They are 18 inches, but I am only 5'0" so as you can tell they are pretty chunky. I hate that I can't wear boots! I want to so…

LOL you guys! I too wear one to bed and I have Double D's I can't even stand without it hurting and feeling bad, I can't imagine working out! I say who cares as long as it's not too obvious - but maybe this lady was! I don't wanna see stuff popping out or wobbling too much.
-
I don't understand, because they'd make a fortune. But I'm weird, I want the cookie part, I couldn't eat the white stuff plain.
-
Not in that way, but I am realizing I can eat less and still feel satisfied. At first, the 1200 calories didn't seem like enough, and I didn't know how I could manage that. It would force me to do a lot of working out so I could have more food. But the past couple days I've not worked out much, but managed to eat most of…

Well I think you are doing great, and if they don't notice that's too bad but in the end it's about you and for you and your health and only you can do it, and no matter what they say or don't say - you're gonna be so much better for it. Keep up the good work!

I'm 5'0" and my max healthy weight is 128. I highly doubt you need to lose in fact you are probably too small. I agree with Krystonite, sorry!

I like the cheese ravioli and usually have it around once a week. I have tried others but they never come out right or I just don't like them. But the cheese rav is the best! I like to add a vegetable side to it and a small piece of bread and it's a good meal.

If you don't wanna do it, then don't. I don't understand doing something just because society says you should or it's a habit some people keep. You should do what makes you happy, not what others think you should do. Have a happy one :)

Your friend probably lost water weight. I feel like if you lose that much per day, it's certainly not fat you are losing.
-
Yeah I don't like my wedding shape! The weight was fine but I was always "skinny fat" and I don't like it. I want to be a bit bigger weight wise but smaller dress size and more of that "toned" looks. Sure I was small, but I had way too much flab!

There was a supersize vs superskinny show on in England and now it's on here too on OWN sometimes, but it's not just about weight loss, you have one person that needs to lose and another that needs to gain, it's pretty interesting. When I lived in England there was a show on with a lady named Gillian McKeith; LOVED it.…

I need to lose my loose weight! Ha ha. Don't forget the fun misuse of their, there and they're..... hehe!

No kids for me. Too many reasons to list. Health issues for one... but no biggie to me.

I'm in LA, the Ark-La-Tex area as they call it.

I'm in Shreve/Bossier myself. Welcome!

I would like to join too. Also if anyone is looking for additional support, feel free to add me, I've been trying to "go it alone" but I'd love the addtional motivation. SW is 165 Week 1 (9/25)- Week 2 (10/2)- Week 3 (10/9)- Week 4 (10/16)- Week 5 (10/23)- Week 6 (10/30)- Week 7 (11/6)- Week 8 (11/13)- Week 9 (11/20)- Week…

I don't like lamb either. I also am not big on yogurt. I added stuff to it but am just not crazy about it. Would like to give it another try, but I've been hearing Greek kinds are really the best and the others are too sugary, etc. I don't really know. I do like frozen yogurt though! :0)

Yeah, it's going to depend on the food too. There is no straight answer.

I'm 5'0" and am in the lower 160's, my main goal is 140's by Christmas. I haven't been in the 140's so long that even though it would still be overweight, I think it will be a huge difference for me. Last year I got to 150 then had a major life-event and gained 14 lbs. I am not sure my ultimate goal. I was flabby at 120,…

Well I got 2-3 hours before my lunch, I always have peanut butter in some form! It's my addiction.
