Insanity and Weight gain

Has anyone experienced weight gain while doing Insanity program? I'm 3 weeks in and up 6lbs since the start. I know, I know the scale isn't the tell all about fitness achievement, but I just find it hard that I'm not shedding pounds while still keeping the same net calories (1900-2200) per day that I was before I started the program. Previously I have completed p90x and 30DS. I'd appreciate any feedback or personal experiences you are willing to share. Thanks

Well, I just did week 1 and I did not lose anything, I stayed the same. Very discouraging because you work your butt off so hard when doing insanity! I want to quit but my workout partner probably isn't going to let me. I think it allows me too many calories. It said 2000, but here on MFP I am only allowed 1200, without working out. So with a workout I still can't imagine getting more than 1500. I think I should cut back more. I've not lost any inches either.0
