I try to keep hard boiled eggs in the fridge. I do one or two eggs with either a bagel thin or an english muffin. Add a splash of a Bolthouse fruit smoothie and I'm full till lunch.

Feel free to add me. I try to log everyday, but it's summer and it's almost impossible to to follow a food plan at the lake place. :( I would love the extra support and motivation. I just got a Fitbit yesterday, feel free to add me there too! //www.fitbit.com/user/2SYGF7

I have the almost the same thing for breakfast and lunch, but I do change up the flavors so it won't get too boring. Breakfast: 2 hard boiled eggs (I hard boil 12 during the weekend so they are ready to go), 1 bagel thin (bounce between the everything and the hole wheat kinds), 1- 1 1/2 tablespoons of cream cheese (Philly…

I haven't read all the responses, but I feel I need to put my 2 cents in. Back in 2006 when I was 22, not only did I get blood clots from the pill, they were in the veins in my head. I was put on Topamax to help with the constant migraine from the pressure build up. I was on it for 2 months and it F***ed Up my liver!! I…

Applebee's had an Under 550/Weigh Watchers menu that is good. IHOP also has a Light/Weight Watchers selection as well. Love Panera Bread, and depending on the area of the country it's St. Louis Bread Co. Noodles can be ok as long as you order the small serving.

I cut out soada by replacing one a day with a big tumbler of ice water with some Mio for flavor. I slowly increased the water while cutting the soda to the point where after a month or two I just stopped the soda. The more water I drank the more I realized that some of my bloating and general yucky feelings were partially…

I'm planning a modcloth, zulilly, white house black market, and bettie page shopping spree. I have found that if I'm having a "bad" day a stop by modcloth and adding to my "love it" list gets me back on track.

He has no interest in ever stepping a toe into the Y with me. So during the week I do my classes at the Y, he walks when his schedule allows (he works on a call by call basis). On the weekends, now that it's finally nice, we try to get out for a walk/hike (on the paved and unpaved trails) at a local park both Saturday and…

Sunday's I make sure I have enough hard boiled eggs for the week. My normal breakfast is 1-2 eggs with a toasted English muffin with either cream cheese or peanut butter. Takes me about 5 minutes, I'm not a morning person either and usually run late.

Since I feel like death for 2 days, I don't even care. I figure that if I'm good enough the rest of the month and if I can at least walk for 15 minutes around the block I don't even worry about giving into cravings. Besides hubby will bring me anything to avoid the monster I become!

One of my favorite vendor reps brought bite sized pastry this morning. We regularly have goodies (one VP also has a restaurant). My strategy is that I will enjoy what is brought in, but I will have a smaller portion. With birthday cake, I'll cut my piece in half or even a quarter depending on who cut it initially. With…

I have been eating lite Italian bread. Off the top of my head, I think it's 40 calories a slice. I think the flavor is still good (doesn't taste like diet/lite) and I get a full sammich.

This is one of the reasons I never thought about getting on a healthy eating routine while working retail! Try to make a food schedule work when in one week you could work anywhere between 5am and midnight and breaks (if you get them) are at the whim of management and customers. I wish I had been told to toss that idea out…

I'm going by the MFP recommendations right now too and eating back about half my workout calories hoping my workout days and non workout days even out. I don't want to have to count every little calorie in and out, I just want to be aware of the choices I'm making. I'll reassess in about 3 weeks or so.

I'm just a few weeks into this site, and I'm loving it so far! I'm 5'4" and 170lbs. I'd love to get back to 120. My biggest road block is I take Coumadin for Deep Vein Thrombosis so I have to really limit my vitamin K intake (i.e. green veggies). I could use all the help I can get!!

Hey all!! I'm new from the Crystal/New Hope area. I've been wanting to get fit and back into my skinny clothes for years. It took some health issues to really kick my rear in gear. I started with small changes, cut back on fast food, cut the soda (last one was March 30!!) now I'm trying to cut the frozen meals (breakfast…
