  • Hi, You HAVE to throw away the chips!!! Before I started this program, I used to eat alot of Oreos and milk. I would feel SO guilty that I would make myself throw the rest away and i wouldn't go down the cookie isle. If you start wanting to munch on things like that, get out and walk. It helps me to walk with an ipod.…
