Hello and thank you, LOVE to have a challenge, need all the help I can get, weight is a big issue for me, weighing 260 pound.I know, if weight is a big issue ,why do I have it?? ITS just so hard to get motivated...Had 2 hip replacements and no thyroid, but have no problem anymore with my hips..thanks for posting,karen
