I do a bit of both, sometimes I know in advance what I am having for tea so like now I could put in and add a few bits later to it. We normally plan Lunch/Dinner/teas in advance! Breakfast are a bit more on the fly!

We both Started ours together and in fairness The Missus has struggled. There has been some medical and personal issues over the journey that has effected us both. I have kept up with it, but the Missus has struggled, medical issues stopping her and the rest sheer lack of motivation. I've started back again and the Missus…

Judging from the other posts it seems to be a pattern that people just disappear from here! Anyone wants to add me then send me a request! I log on most days and I will be supportive of other people that need a bit of a helping hand. Used MFP for a long time but never used to Community until a few weeks ago, should have…

Depends on you really, I walk between 1 & 1.5 miles to get to work in the Morning so i tend to eat something straight away, say a piece of toast but I eat again about 2 hours later. don't think there is a right or a wrong answer everybody is different.

I don't think so, you should eat what you want when you want! If I know I am going to have a bad dinner/tea/evening meal then i try and adjust through the day! I personally think it is the best way to do it. For me. I wouldn't feel guilty about it. I think it might be problem if naughty starbucks makes you eat a muffin…

Walking is great for you. have you got access to the gym running machines?? If so put them on an incline you can burn lots of calories on these machines. My pic is a walking session on one set at it's highest level and walking as fast as I can. Take it easy and build yourself up. doing challenges Quickest mile, improving…

Mike Tyson in Hangover "Nice!" Short and sweet, if you know the line, makes me laugh all the time! (when he finds out they nicked a cop car!)

I'm Lee (not Jimmy lol) anyway....Started losing weight 3 years ago when a new gym opened near by and have lost 4 stone and more. I then put a bit back on as I was looking scrawny and a few things happened in my life where I lost motivation. I have continued to go to the gym and never had more than 2-3 weeks off the gym,…

Looking good, bet you turned a few heads. Good on you, you look fabulous.

I think it is best for you to show your log so you can ask questions and people can see what you are eating. What isn't so obvious to you might be to someone else and that help might only be a few words away. Don't be shy give it a try! Most of the people on here are nice and willing to help. Good luck and feel free to add…

Meat all the way for me. Great source of protein for my diet. It's all on personal preference. For me it's meat, and normally with every meal.

I use thes power plates to warm down and my stretches. I also use it for my stomach for Planks and side planks. Some gym session I do Cardio for 90 mins and the warm down I feel the muscle is not as tight against when I have not warmed down using it. 1 min on full power full vibration and i am struggling to hold the plank,…

Just stick with it and ignore the scales, I did a weigh in last week and lost a few pounds but if you are doing lots of weights training they might be stopping the weight loss. Muscle is heavier than fat. I'd bear with it for a while, unless you want to lose weight then up the cardio workouts. I lost too much wieght from…

This is how I do it when. I am going out, make sure I have a good rest of the day before the bad stuff. No point in thinking well I might as well not bother today! Wife can be a nightmare though as she is not as motivated as me in the gym etc, I have given up trying to help her as it often gets thrown back in my face! I…
