Without a doubt walking on the Treadmill will work. Make sure (with time) you up the incline on the machine! i walk as fast as I can on the highest incline I can. It will work!

Hey there i am on the fitness trail but I pretty much eat what i want to within reason, try to stay in my calorie target and work hard in the gym! I am all for eating what you want. I agree up to you! How do you feel after you have trained? I'm normally starving, and feel light headed after a workout, So I prefer a shake or cereal/cereal bar and eat again after I have finished! When I eat before i don't feel light headed. My mate who trains with me sometime never eats before training in the morning…

Seriously, don't worry about it! Like others have said on here, we all had to start somewhere. Most of the people in the gym won't care. Just focus on you and what you are doing. You're not doing it for them. I think you are great for getting back to it. Stay positive, focused and Go burn them calories!! You can do it!

I pretty much exercise everyday, I walk a mile to work and back Monday to Friday and go to the gym Wed Cardio Thurs Weights and Spin class Friday Strength/Cardio Saturday Weights & Spin class Sunday Weighs and Back to back Spin class Mon & Tuesday are normally rest days but I still walk to and from work.

You can do it buddy, Thinks happen and sometimes you just can't log on it's happened to me after getting to 95kg but I wasn't happy things going on I couldn't control. But like you I've got back on it. In 40 odd days lost 12lbs in a better place and starting to hit the weights to tone up and get where I wanna be! Good luck…

Been there lost a lot of weight, but was in the wrong shape so I have come back on here I've dropped a few pounds and i am ready for the weights to try and change the shape of my body! I thing weights are the way to go!

Well done to you! MFP can work for everyone, you just need the correct application from yourself. I've done 40 days and lost 12lb, Yep had bad days but I just make sure I correct it as soon as I can. Bad days don't hurt you as long as you do something about them. Once you get in to the habbit it get easier. You sound like…
