Try a small spoon, Tea Spoon. Break the shell and force the spoon between the shell and the egg and move it round the egg and keep pushing it further and further and the shell should just come away! The back of the spoon spereates the shell from the egg. It does take some practice and some eggs you will find it sticks, but…

Had to look twice at my tin of coffee on my desk. I used to drink it Milk & 2 Sugars I now drink it neat, maybe 3 times a week and only in work! When I don't drink coffee I drink water a lot lower in calories (if you base it on %, lol)

Not given anything up really and would recommend that advise to everyone. As long as the baddies are in moderation then I eat what I want. My biggest vice is probably white bread! I love the stuff. I like cookies too! I haven't had a cookie for 40+ days easily...... and I have 5-6 pack in the cupboard that are untouched…

I'd go A. Cautious, and curious as to what scam they are trying to pull Be nice to think like B but we do not live in a nice world. I'm a people watcher, one of my favourite pass times and it's frightening what you see out there!
-
It is a good place Dave, and plenty of nice people on here too to offer advice and support. Hope you get where you are going to mate!

it's difficult really, I don't set out to have a cheat day so I suppose a cheat meal is better. For instance I am out this Saturday night with Friends so I will eat what I fancy. But during the day I will try to eat healthly as I possibly can and try to keep my calories down for the day. If I go over I go over. Saturday is…

Got to Agree! REST! If its been niggling for a while means there is damage and it needs time. Hot water bottle, might ease it but give it a few days.

I notice some timed sessions like 20 min cycle. Have you tried distance in the 20 mins? See how far you get and try and beat it next time. i get bored so if I haven't got a gym buddy I use my watch or Distance. I started out doing an hour on the X trainer and getting 7 - 7.5 miles in the hour I have managed 9 mile in the…

Seriously don't worry about what the scales say! EVERYONE fluctuates daily. I'd stick with a weigh in once a week if you must! If you are eating correctly and you know your weight should be no more than it was last week, then don't worry about it. Certainly don't beat yourself up for eating and training in the right way!…
