Started level 2 yesterday....it seemed harder, but i burned the same amount of calories so must have been not being used to the different moves. Hoping to have time to do day 2 before zumba class today.

I did L1D9 today, planning on doing the last day of this level tomorrow. Sunday will be rest day for me. Starting Level 2 next week (excting).

Ok, so i did Day 4 of Level 1 today, and i have to say its starting to get easier. I still cant do all the real pushups, but get through all the cardio. Everyone else, you are doing great!! :flowerforyou: Anyone just starting out, you can do this, even if it takes you longer then 30/40/50....days, just keep going.:happy:…

I was so sore from doing day one of the 30DS, but still did day two today. Felt great afterwards :happy:
