Yea I want to loose at least 20lbs. It's just so hard to be motivated when I hate looking at my new body with disappointment. I need too try to tone up some loose skin

I want to start adding strength training into my routines. I herd it helps the skin. Yea I've been drinking a bunxh of bitamin c and tryinga bunch of creams for both my marks and skin. So hopefully weights will help me feel better about myself. Thanks for the kind words. It's just hard being upset about myself all the time…
