That sounds very yummy! Just happen to have a jar of Nutella in the pantry, so will have to pick up some reduced fat crescent rolls to try this!

You need to drink at least 8 cups of water (64 oz) per day. Also I've read that you need at least 8 oz of water for every 30 minutes of exercise.

I try to get some form of exercise in at least 4-5 days a week an hr or more per day, depending on what's going on. It really is a matter of what you feel comfortable with.

Could be the sodium in the foods you ate. Sometimes doing a strenuous workout the day before weighing in will show a higher number on the scale.
