I absolutely love Almond Milk and that's pretty much all the family uses now. Have used it in recipes without any problems. Love the way oatneal tastes made with almond milk, yummo!

You sure can. Back before I had my kids all I did was walk and between watching my diet and walking managed to lose 50 lb in 5 months, so definitely doable.

After presents are opened we have overnight blueberry french toast. The adults have mimosas and the kids have oj. Am really not going to deprive myself but also will make sure to have everything in moderation and stop when I'm full instead of gorging myself. Hoping to get in a nice long walk in the morning which will help offset the little extra I plan to have.

Yes that's how I get every month as well. Try to drink as much water as you can stand! Make the best choices you can and just know that a day or 2 of going over calories isn't going to hurt in the grand scheme of things.

It depends on how long they've been on my friend list as well as how supportive and motivating they had been when they were on.

Definitely no reason why anything needs to be given up. You can have anything you want just in moderation. Besides it's just one day, we should all enjoy it and not worry about what we could or could not eat, takes the fun out of enjoying the day! Focus on the people you're with vs the good/bad food out there.

Usually drinking lots of water works for me and it doesn't add unwanted calories :)
