Glad to hear about the blood work, too. All my levels are fine now, but cholesterol was up a bit in the past. I don't wanna see it rise once again! Sure hope there's still BFC people here for continued support. :flowerforyou:

I purchased the Zip mainly because of the price and I already know I have major sleep issues. :wink: So far I really love it; at the very least it's a useful tool in motivating myself to move more.

That was hilarious! :laugh: I have a fewer older ones that fit that bill also! 3 miles today, I did Burn Body Fat & Sculpt Your Arms. July total = 17 miles Gotta do something different tomorrow though; I could feel myself losing a little enthusiasm tonight. Great job everyone!!!

Hi Kazala, I try to mix in other workouts. I used to do a lot of high intensity/high impact workouts like Turbo FIre, P90x, etc (and Jillian's - love her!) but have had knee problems on and off for many years. I always go back to Leslie when they flare up. I have now given up totally on the high impact workouts - my knees…

5 miles today I did Leslie's Walk Slim 5 Really Big Miles dvd; wow this was my favorite so far! Better music, a few new moves, etc. But with the separate warm-up, cool down, and stretch it made it 87 minutes which was a bit much...but what a workout!

I really like Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30, Jillian Michaels No More Trouble Zones, and quite a few Jackie Warner (30 Day Fast Start is awesome!!) and Jari Love dvds...I like to rent 'em for free from the library first before I actually buy them, :tongue:
