my experience: it took me about 6 weeks to lose the first 5 pounds and then once is started eating the exercise calories back, the weight came of steadily and is still coming off... if you are at a 1200 net and you exercise 1000 calories, EAT THEM! you are still only netting 1200 calories and you are not "starving"…

I will have to open my profile so people can get an understanding. 1000 cal burn seems relatively "easy" for me. At 173lbs a 25 min cardio kickbox is 350 cals. A 55 min cardio / strength is between 500 to 600. A 25 min walk / jog in my neighbourhood can burn 350 depending on pace because there are decent hills. ( I am…

Weight loss goal is 25 lbs.. For sine reason my tracker doesn't appear? Each time I exercise, my protien requirements also go up, lol. This is tricky for me too! I did an hour of cardio / strength... almost an hour of "power" walking (it's very hilly here)... and evening yoga! All tips are appreciated. Thanks everyone!

i did an hour of cardio and later took a 45 min intensity walk (fast and hills).. then tonight i did 20 min hatha yoga to stretch my legs and relax. i appreciate all the comments!

that was with a heart rate monitor...but in my settings, i said i was sedentary... though i logged my power walk / jog today, which with hills was 400 calories... not sure i should log walks, even if intense?

that does seem like a lot of weight to gain in 2 months... i don't know if it is recommended to do that, but i can suggest some super high calorie foods. coconut milk (canned) about 700+ calories a can. nuts (walnuts) huge calories . avocado. 260+ calories in each one. eat a night before you go to bed. shakes with protein…
