I'm somewhat close... I'm 5'0 and my heaviest I was 195..... now down to 181. Feel free to send me a friend request. :) I want to get down to 105. So that is a total of 90 lbs I need to lose..... 76 left!

Thanks for the info. :) Well, I'm used to the heat... I live in Tampa. We wouldn't go until Oct or Nov. Especially now w/ hurricane season starting and a lot of hurricanes tend to go through the Gulf.

They are apparently non-attentive servers! I've been a waitress, and I would always refill water & soda. If guests were still eating, or have not even started yet, I would just bring out a new one. If they were done eating, i would ask just to make sure. From a former server, that is a pet peeve of mine. I can understand…

Everyone's body type is different. You can be curvy w/o being obese/fat. I have a friend who has a great figure, and is curvy but not overweight. I would love her body, but naturally I am a small boned person and I will never naturally have her built.

It's all a matter of calories in/calories out. One day will not make you fat, as one day will not make you skinny. I've had that pizza before, and I'm still losing weight. Yup! It's possible... my husband is on MFP and the most exercise he does is walking the dog... and he's lost 60lbs.

It depends on what I am doing. I like the water aerobics class at my gym and that is an hour. If I can get to the gym early enough, I'll do 1/2 hr on the bike and about 1/2 hr on the tredmil and then do the water aerobics. I haven't done that lately... (can't get out of bed early enough to do so) but that would only happen…

For myself, it depends on how much walking I would do. Since I work late, and quite hit up the gym I will take nightly walks w/ my dog and husband. I take water aerobics every Saturday morning, and since I'm in the water I am not sweating, but I know I'm definitely getting a workout, so it is exercise!

THanks.. that would make sense. For 2 weeks my body was at a plateau and I was weight 168. Now, in just a couple days I am at 164.2. Which of course is amazing. All the weight that needed to come, maybe the stress helped it!

Honestly, it comes down to math. Calories in versus calories/out. If you consume more than what you want to eat calorie wise - you will eventually gain. Eating a fruit which is low calorie anyway will not make a difference. I've eaten unhealthy snacks and I've been losing weight. I haven't been eating well... for my diet.…

I honestly give in. For myself, if I don't give in to the cravings, I'll have it the craving until I eat the food I want. One bad meal isn't going to make me gain. I am not a role model for losing weight (not sure if my diary is public or not) but I've been losing weight and I've been eating pizza. (my craving)
