I currently have a sore ankle too and just keep running. It actually doesn't hurt once I get into running (after the first minute or so) but it hurts terribly afterwards for awhile until I walk it off. Not sure how I injured it but it's not fun. But there is no way I can stop running because I need the cardio burn. Good…

Congrats! That is amazing! I have been running for 9 months but not anywhere near 1/2 marathon ready. I just ran my first 5K and was thrilled i made it through that without stopping! Good for you on such a huge accomplishment.

Congrats!!!! I am right there with you! I was 150 for over a year and finally, finally I am at 135! This is the best feeling ever. Of course now I don't want to stop. I want to lose more! (5 more pounds!) Congrats on your accomplishment. Keep up the great work.

I am in love with the spicy shimp over hawaiian rice and brocolli. It is delicious and is less than 300 calories for all of it! Very filling, very tasty, very delicious!

I agree! I have tried logging in my food/exercize on my BB and it doesnt work! I have no idea why but it doesn't allow me to enter anything. I am getting ready to go on a vacation soon where I will not have computer access (only my BB) and it terrifies me that I won't be able to enter any food or excersize for a week!…

I did a 3 mile jog this morning, then will be doing Jillian Michaels Wii Ulimate Challenge later as well as another 2 mile run. This is my day off so its my bigger workout day.

I could have typed your post! I am supposed to have a hysterectomy sometime soon too but I am putting if off soley because I don't want it to mess up my workout routine. How sad is that? I still have about 10 pounds to lose and alot to tone and I would hate to get to my goal weight and then have to sit on my but for 6-12…

I am in the exact same boat as you and continue to ask myself the same question! I started running (or trying to run) last July. I did some outdoor running when the weather was nice but I was only just starting out so I probably ran a quarter of a mile at the most. Since then, I have been running regularly on the treadmill…
