I also only record my "new low", however, each morning after I weigh, I log it in my "food notes" so I can see the fluctuation on a daily basis.

I'm late too...my weight this morning was 179.2. It would be absolutely amazing to be 159 for Christmas...what a gift to myself!! =)

Perfect timing...I cleaned out my closet yesterday and have at least 9 feet of tightly folded clothes waiting to go somewhere!! In the back of my mind I have that same fear...what if I gain it back!! Most I don't have an issue with getting rid of, it's the "comfort" ones that are giving me grief, they are like old friends…

I just started so I'm still trying to figure things out, but you add me if you'd like...I'm a great sounding board as long as you don't mind me talking to myself. :smile: I think each of us can use all the motivation we can get!!
