  • Load up the tacos with vege and take it easy on the cheese, beef, or sauce!! Even if you go over your calories at least it is on vege's and not not he fatty stuff!

Not super creative. Ummm a lean turkey whole wheat wrap with a Banana blended in milk (it feels like a milkshake)
