Well, I tried...I didn't do well at all, only went walking/jogging 3 times. The month is nearly over (an hour or so...LOL) and while I won't deem this a failure, it surely wasn't a success. Going to start again tomorrow. Hope everyone is doing well! Keep up the good work!!! ~Nikki

Did day 1 on friday...day 2 today....I forgot how much I really do enjoy jogging. i am not good at it, but someday I will be. :)

:) Thank you for starting this group!!!! My name is Nikki, I am 33. I started at 290, currently 288. Goal is 200, dream is 173. Looking forward to starting on friday...will be out of town for the weekend but will be doing TONS of walking, then doing day 2 on monday. I will post when I can until monday, then daily. Luck!

I am going to start this on friday, even if its too slow, going to only go step by step...I have a bad habit of jumping ahead to far to fast and then getting hurt or discouraged. :)

Hi everyone, I was seeing a personal trainer for a couple months, which was working really well for me. But I could only afford so many sessions... :( On our last session he told me about this site. I logged in, and set up an account. That was about as far as I had gotten...I am doing a little better the last few days…

Wow, I was searching around the posts, for the first time, looking for a little inspiration since I have had a MAJOR setback in my workout efforts, and eating better. Glad I stumbled upon this thread. I will be back tomorrow to check in. :)
