Weight is up 11 st 10 but I'm overeating and still no period just some pains some mornings,so it's to be expected plus I haven't been to gym for 4 days .It is not good

Well done fitterbody ! My weight is 11st 7.4 ,it's same as week before,but still no tom ,so it's not a gain at least .The eating cravings are on and mostly for sweet things though I do try to make sure veg and fruit is had too .Its not too bad as past month have been as high as 11 st 11.HRH is down to 59 from 62

Today's weight 161.4 lbs ,gained a lot but I have been over calories most days with a binge one day and missed gym too .But it's due partly to time of month too which is delayed ,bad thing is this appetite for more food and badness will continue until it does come .It is probably why RHR is up too as Claire pointed out to…

Today's weight is 11st 5.2 ,a gain of .6 ,still lower than from start weight here.I am not worried at all as due a period soon and have been bad last two days .I also plot my weights on two trend charts daily and according to them I'm on a downhill drive ,back into the green range from the red range ..The only strange…

Today's weight is 11 st 4.6 (158.6 lbs) .Starting weight here 11-8-2017 was 11 st 5.8 (159.8 lbs). A drop of 1.2 pounds , I haven't been this weight since mid June ...RHR 60. Target is to get under 11 st so that I can rise and fall up to the 11 st mark .

Today's weight 11st 7 (161 lbs) a loss of 1.4 ,but still higher than the week before of 159.8 pounds but I'm working on it .Today will be a setback as it is Eid celebrations , so will overeat .I hope I behave after that .

Today's weight 11 st 8.4 a gain of 2.2 . My resting heart rate has dropped to 53 I don't think it's all bad and some of this gain is due to extra water from period and I did have salty food last night . I feel fat and horrid

The lower I go with my heartrate seems the less calories I earn on exercise .My current fitnesss score or level according to Fitbit is 36 -40 which is in the excellent range for my sex and age .

I wouldnt worry about it ,spices are great.I have lost 84 pounds and there is spices in all my home cooking.A lot of ready packaged foods and tins contain loads of sugar and salt which is bad but spices help with digestion , if you are used to it.

just look if it says cooked,raw ,boiled,grilled,fried ,baked,and if its a takeaway check it says takeaway as that will be ready cooked
