Most of that weight loss happened in just over a year. From 285 lbs to 210 lbs was from March of 2010 to April 2011. :)

I was doing atleast 2 hours of cardio a day/ 5 days a week so I couldn't cut back on much of the carbs because it took my energy with it. Overall I ate better because I had to. I felt better and it helped me do all the exercise to eat better with just a bunch of fruits and less fried stuff. I still hate veggies and don't…
