  • Jyska when you say it uses your TDEE you mean what it gets used to your TDEE being? As in would that apply once you have had been using it for a few weeks? I do recall reading that at first you get higher Daily burns and after a few weeks it seems to drop as it gets to know you? or some such thing LOL
  • oohhhh will have to watch this thread! I just ordered my BMF so will have a lot to learn :) How long have you had your BMF? Do you love it? Has it helped you with feeling comfortable about your calorie intake and setting the defecit and losing weight or inches, fat, body shape.... however you measure :D

  • not to add more confusion to the issue LOL but why have you decided on the fitbit as opposed to BMF? I don't have either just wondering what makes people choose one over the other :)
  • I know on the 12wbt, Michelle Bridges also doesn't recommend eating back exercise calories. however for Mum's breastfeeding babies 6months and over her recommendation for calories is higher as well! So 4 or more feeds a day she recommends 1700 cals
  • could this be a pelvic floor issue? I know a few women who have had children and they can't run or do things like jumping jacks, because of their pelvic floor muscles not being strong enough to handle the movement? THough i think from what they say, they can become a little incontinent so maybe not the same thing?
