  • hi, i'm new here! love the idea of Sep't goals, so here are mine: 1 ride my bike 3 days a week,for at least 30 min 2. maintain my skinny plate challenge....using a smaller plate with only 3 servings.....2 of which are fruit or veggie 3. no more potato chips 4. pay strict attention to portion sizes
