awesome plan robin...i dont think i could do mine in the morning as i would wake up my fiance AND my dog haha after work each night is my plan...i get off work at 3:30 usually and am alone for the majority of the night as my fiance works shifts right now...so lots of time to get the shred in!

I dont know about everyone else...but what I plan on doing is writing a brief blog daily after i do the shred... day one blog will include starting weight and measurements day 2 - 10 will be updates what time of the day i did the exercise and what i thought... day 11 (first day of the next level) will be when i post…

im going to buy the dvd tonight so i can participate in this with you guys...just a suggestion...why not keep up to date progress reports via blogs? Day One: Day Two: Etc.?

Thats what ive been missing is the results...I would work out for a week and not see anything so i gave up on it all...i HAVE to stick to it this time im not going to let myself turn around this isnt just for me either its for me and my fiance...also i play paintball alot and i could use the extra stamina for that as well!…

Thanks for the replies everyone, Im hoping this is the beginning of something good and not just another thing i end up quitting in a week or two :( And yes 30 day shred sounds like it will be a good place to start...is it doable at home with minimal equipment?
