Yep. I plan my days ahead of time. If I want to eat something high calorie in the evening, I save back some from breakfast and lunch. I agree with the other person who said not to starve all day, though. It's easy to overeat when you do that. Enjoy it!

Me too. And I'm terribly sarcastic and nasty when that happens. I'm particularly good at the low blow. Go to a therapist. It has helped me tremendously. At first, the advice might sound corny but it actually does work. For example, I learned to list three things that were positive about my day every single day, and I…

Nope! I still have a big butt, and love it. It just gets lifted up and looks even more awesome. Squats and lunges are great for keeping and firming up your big booty.

Ibuprofen can adversely affect your kidneys when you get dehydrated. I have no idea why or how. I just know that it has to do with your kidneys and can be dangerous. That being said, I suffer from frequent headaches and sometimes just have to take it, and I work out after I do. I always try to stay hydrated. I would be…

I eat breakfast way later. I do, however, chug a cup of coffee before my workout, and I do drink water. It's never bothered my stomach but I know many folks would have an issue with getting nauseous from the coffee.

Hi my name is Brooke and I'm addicted to salt generally but potato chips specifically. I had to make a clean sweep and ban them from my house because, as Lay's pointed out, I can't eat just one. And sex - well, that hasn't been banned from my house yet, but it's an addiction too! And I'd pick it over potato chips any day…

Well, the actress whom I believe to be the hands down most beautiful bombshell to hit television in a while is Sofía Vergara. She plays Gloria on Modern Family. I'm not sure if she would be considered average in any way, shape, or form but she IS in between the sticks so often seen on television and the women who are cast…

The word "skinny" is so subjective. I am sure there are a few people on here who want to be "skinny" in the sense that they want to be borderline or full on underweight. But it seems like the vast majority want to be healthy, fit, strong, etc. and might use the term "skinny" to describe these very healthy attributes. And I…

Thanks for sharing! This was interesting. I live in the "healthiest" city. :-) It's funny, though. I've moved back here after living in Colorado for 6 years, a state that frequently gets named as one of the healthiest. And honestly, I can tell a HUGE difference between many people I encountered there versus here. Both…

I often do, simply because we have a chef at my work and we eat for free! I actually don't like it, though. It means that I have to delay my run until even later in the afternoon.

Me too. Honestly, I know why you're frustrated, but we all objectify people sometimes. If there were a gorgeous guy up there, yes a part of me would appreciate how his body is constructed and how the light hit his broad shoulders and would be able to put it into an artistic perspective. The other part of me would…

I love TLC and until this post, I forgot that I love love Unpretty. Thanks! I'm going to buy it and add it to my playlist.

I have to reply because once again I get to say something about Hard Hunk! You look like you could kick my *kitten* in a bar fight. I mean that in a good way.

Oh sometimes I DO eat it, and the aftermath is unfortunate for me and everyone around me. My other food confession could be the plate of nachos I ate Saturday night, which left me taking shots of Pepto the rest of the evening.

On my way home from work, I bought a slice of pizza, ripped all of the toppings off, and devoured it in my car. I'm lactose intolerant so I never eat the cheese, or much of it. Calorie wise, it wasn't terrible but it was definitely impulsive and unnecessary. Plus, I'm not supposed to be spending money on eating out. Bad…

I watch awful television. I don't let my kids watch tv during the school week. As soon as they go to bed, I switch it on and become completely engrossed in The Real Jersey Shore Kardashians are 16 and Pregnant or whatever terrible television is being produced at the moment. I also read a lot and watch documentaries so I…

I don't count anything I do at work or home as exercise but I will say this. I took a part- time job cocktail waitressing in the fall to earn extra cash. I didn't log it as exercise and I never really broke a sweat but I lost a bunch of weight just from walking lap after lap fetching drinks. While I enjoy doing high…

It was back in 2003 so I don't remember the name of the blonde lady who was in the videos. I just bought an upper body workout video and rolled with it!

I work full time also and have three kids. Really, my only options are early in the morning or late in the evening. It sounds like yours are the same. I get up at 4:30 am and workout and am usually asleep by 9:30 as a result. Seven hours of sleep per night is healthy and I function well during my day. Yeah, that 4:30 alarm…

"Sometimes I stop to think of all the money I’ve spent. / How I’d rather live in a tent, than bust my *kitten* to pay the rent." Atmoshere on Free or Dead Love it because it's true!

Yes but it's my husband that bothers me. He's very supportive - don't get me wrong - but I feel like he's correcting or criticizing my movements. This is completely in my head. I'm just self-conscious about this one thing in front of him, and I don't know why.

Thanks for posting this. I have stretch marks too, and now I know that I actually have some options for getting rid of them.

I agree with Nordstrom's. They are the best!

Great job! And thanks for posting your before and after pics. Your after pic kinda made my day...

So how did it go? I always thought the first video was the hardest but I'm sure others will disagree with me on that. All of those push-ups! After a few weeks, you will get used to it and you will be shocked to see how many push-ups you can do in an hour.

I lost all of my weight from both pregnancies - 85 lbs with my twins and then 65 lbs with my daughter. (Yes, I really gained that much. Ridiculous, I know.) Anyway, I used the CalorieKing website for both of those and recently came to MFP for maintenance because it's free. Both times, my net was 1400 at first and then went…

Handsome face, all around.... love the glasses

One of my friends did the Lean first and then the Classic because he hadn't worked out in a while before he started. He looked ah-mazing after the first round of lean, lost a bunch of weight, and was glad he did them in that order. I started with Classic, but I started after I had been strength training and running for…

5'8 - 138 at the moment. I wear a size 6 in most stores.

I agree with everyone's recommendation to go to a running store. They will give much better advice than any of us because they will identify shoes that will fit your foot and running style. That being said, I wear the Brooks Ariels because I overpronate and I love them.
