I live in the piedmont region of NC..love it! perfect being in the middle of the state, mountains to the west and beach to the east!

I work shift work from 7pm to 7am I try to eat before I get to work or when I get to work then snack around 9ish then eat another meal between 12-1 then snack again around 3ish then I may eat another small meal around 5pm on my days off I stick to a normal schedule of breakfast lunch and dinner

I started MFP about 2 weeks ago and I am down almost 5 pounds! I started my weight loss journey on Feb 17th 2014 and have lost a total of 20 pounds so far...I still have a long ways to go and some days are better than others, my goal is to lose atleast 70 more pounds, would be ecstatic to lose 90 more! I am a night shift 911 telcommunicator working 12 hrs shifts, I started my weight loss journey 6 weeks ago, and what I try to do is every shift raise my console and do some sort of moving (ex walking in place, squats, leg lifts, etc) for atleast 30 mins per shift.
