It could be that your lacking something. Or I know for me I have anxiety/depression and I think that contributes to A lot of over eating too! Just a thought.

Don't get discouraged. Remember muscle weighs more than fat. Also your weight goes up and down through out the day. I always weigh Monday mornings after using the restroom. Don't let that 1 lb get ya down!

I don't know much about either, but my sister is doing the 30 day challenge to re-train her body and taste buds. It sounds like a good plan. Its regular eating without all the preservatives. I think you could easily lose that if you tried it. It's not unhealthy or a magic pill. Just smarter eating! Good Luck!

From what I have heard, Its 10 lbs a dress size. But I think 15 is more appropriate. Could lose that in two months! Maybe even a month depending on how your body works!

I'm in the same boat. I love chicken. It seems to be the best option. But im so tired of it. Hamburger is aweful in cal and fat. Mine does as well. I don't drink a ton of water , but its all I drink. Enough to stay hydrated. I noticed today it kind of smelled like cleaner. lol hope that not TMI. But I have been wondering the same thing.

Something I do is save some of my calories bc I stay up late. Around 10pm im starting to get hungry again, so I got these personal bags of popcorn. They are 100 calories a bag. So then I'm tied over till I go to sleep. They have them at wal mart for $4-5 for 10 bags. Hope that helps!
