I have noticedmy stomach makingnoice too. I think it's just the change in diet and exercise. Just my opinion though. Because I wasn't hungry when it was grawling.

I have a hard time with chocolate, not somuch sweets, just CHOCOLATE.

I'm on day 12 and today is the first time I've had 25 calories left. But I feel full and am not hungry so i'm not gonna worry about it.

Carbs is my big problem. I am not a big fruit and vegtable eater. I love pasta, breads and beer. Pray I make it.
