  • I love Hendrickson's dressings. The Original Sweet Vinegar and Olive Oil is great for marinades as well as a salad dressing. It has 70 cal for 2 Tbsp. Their Classic Italian is great as well. I use this one more because it only has 15 cal for 2 Tbsp. Both are wheat and gluten free with no preservatives.
  • Sugar is definitely a trigger for pain. When I used to drink a Coke daily, my body would hurt so badly. I do not drink them anymore and notice a big difference in the way I feel. I do have to stay away from most sugars or my arthritis will flare.
  • An amazingly delicious smoothie: 1 - 2 cups spinach 1 banana 1 cup frozen blueberries 1/2 cup almond milk (vanilla, unsweetened is good) 1/2 cup pomegranate juice 1 Tbsp. ground flax seeds. Blend and drink! So good...
