I will smile at people, or answer questions. But I'm an introvert, and I get very focused when I work out. I'm not there to socialize.

Why the apostrophe in questions?

Now I have.

This happened to me too right when I started cutting back calories and working out everyday. Working out in the A.M. helps. Also make sure you aren't having caffeine late in the day. You might also try melatonin to help you naturally fall asleep with the lights off.

College/University: same thing pretty much in the US. Most schools have strict rules about teachers dating students. It's pretty unethical, because when grading and authority are considered. one is an inferior and the other is a superior. That's why. Sorta like officers and enlisted, but not quite. In my understanding, the…

I never had this happen before, but my boyfriend is over twice my age and we are very happy together. Sometimes it's just right.

I agree with this. When I watch how much my weight fluctuates over the course of a few weeks (hello water weight and TOM, anyone?) I'm so thankful that I weigh everyday. I watch for overall downward trend. If I only weighed once a week, I'd be so discouraged, since my weight can stagnate for days and then suddenly drop, or…

Don't eat back calories.

Don't follow freaking blogs. Ask a doctor. For real. ED is serious stuff.

This. :)

I eat 1 tablespoon of natural peanut butter in my shake I make most days. Really, it's better to ditch the bread. You don't really need bread and the carbs don't help that much since you can get them from so many other places. Think of all the calories you could free up!

This is why I don't "eat back my calories". I don't trust the numbers on here, even if they are a good way to gauge how much exercise I should be doing. I eat my calorie goal no matter how much I work out. Unless I'm utterly exhausted and unable to work out, then everything is fine and I obviously have enough energy.

That consistency is much more important than the few slip ups here and there. Think BIG PICTURE. That you are probably eating a lot more calories than you think you are. Every calorie counts. That you'll have good days and awful days, but all days count. That workout/eating better/drinking water are amazing antidotes for…

It could be a cavitation, which is just a gas implosion like popping your knuckles. Or snapping hip syndrome. Or ...a lot of things. When I move like that it's usually my sacrum that pops.

I'll probably be called out here...but I sometimes eat one to make sure they aren't too bitter for me. If I'm trying to decide between two brands or kinds...I'll eat one grape of each. I don't think it's all that uncommon, and I don't think it's stealing if you are intending on buying the grapes. Just taking and eating…

Why would you ever need to apologize about a scar? You are making great progress. Keep it up.

Daily. If you weigh only once a week, the fluctuations in weight can be misleading. Like if you had too much sodium the day before and are retaining water, you'll show a weight gain when it fact there probably isn't one. Can be maddening.

You are doing really well! I see it in the side view as well.

Nice shades, dude.

Weren't you just getting jumped all over yesterday for posting private conversations and girl's pics on here?

This is another reason I keep my calories to under 1,000 a day. I don't eat back anything, because I want as big a deficit as possible.

If you were referring to my Zumba and walking I posted today, I mentioned in the comments that it was wrong. I had added "dancing" instead of Zumba, before I knew Zumba was listed in the exercise list. When I deleted dancing and added Zumba, it added up all my calories from BOTH instead of deleting the first entry. I…

This happened to me in Nike Training Club, and I am moderately in shape! I think you did a great thing by trying...a wonderful thing. Maybe it's best to start off at something here you can go your own pace and no pressure from anyone else watching. Like the treadmill or the elliptical. They are a great way to burn calories…
