it may be as simple as drinking more water...waste needs to be the right constancy to come out....if its very dry it will be very difficult...water and increase the veggie volume.

i do try to stay under the nutrient limits as well, not just calories. sodium seems to be the thing that piles up quickly for me.

thats a very good idea!!! when i got to the resteraunt and saw the menu it was too late, and im realizing that i do best when i put the calories in before i choose a meal....friday i bought a couple of steaks for my daughter and myself, threw them in the broiler and cooked them up before adding up the cost...when i checked…

yes, even though i do weigh every day, if im not seeing results i can get discouraged. i think weighing once a week is probably the thing to do...but its hard to stay off the scale.
