  • Well done you! I find it very hard not to snack in the evenings, especially when my flatmate is sat next to me munching on a big bag of kettle chips. I've started eating my healthy dinner at half 7 rather than 6 so this gives me less time to consider evening snackage!
  • Thanks for all the advice guys, I really appreciate it :) I've just got to be patient and keep up with the exercise and the diet! I used the sit down bike for the first time ever in the gym today and my thighs are absolutely killing now!
