Day 7 done- i finally made it a whole week! i am so glad!! I feel wonderful and lost a pound since last saturday! woohoo

Welcome everyone new!! it is so helpful to know you have to fess up to your decisions on a daily basis! i just finished day 6 and all went well :) i didn't even feel like i wanted to overeat! woohoo so close to my mini goal of a week!!

Day 5 is done! I did fairly well~ went over about 100 calories but I couldn't exerisize and had 2 tests in a row today so i will take it! good luck to all!

day 2 accomplished! oh i love this feeling. this morning i weighed myself and i was back down to my lowest weight thus far after being up after a binge! yay good luck to all and to newcomers- welcome!

Day 1 was a success! my goal is to make it a week~ my mom is coming to visit me next weekend and i want to feel and look great for when she gets here! that is my modivation for now :smile: i hope you all had a good day!

totally screwed up tonight!!! i have such a hard time at night when i am done studying and just hanging out...i don't know what my problem is but i am determined to make it through the weekend and do well. so here goes nothing...

thanks for the advice and it is totally just about being strong for me and saying no! i was just really angry when i wrote that and have moved on and am looking for better things once again! i feel that every time tho, i go longer without a binge so i guess i will just keep plugging away until i get this right! i do well…

Day 5 complete!!! yay! this is as far as i have ever made it and it feels great!! Dancer~ thanks for the comment and the advice to track what i eat first. it really helped and i actually had some calories left over for the day! It has always been so hard for me to stay on track when i don't have time to work out! i guess…

Day 4 Down!!! I ate a little bit more for dinner then i had planned but still did well with calories so it is okay. i am not going to have time to work out tomorrow so cross your fingers for a good day even without the extra calories ahhh... we'll see!

I am done with day 3 and have 150 calories left over after exercise!!!! woohoo and it feels great! tomorrow morning is my weigh in :) wish me luck!

Day 2 complete! i ate a ton for lunch but then felt horrible and in order to not go over my calories, i went and worked out and burned over 600 calories (so i had some left over too) even though it was my day off! I call this a success and the fact that i overcame my "binge", i think i am good! So, starting day 3 tomorrow…

Soooo...just totally screwed up day 3 after dinner! I absolutely HATE this feeling when i have binged! But, I am going to go to the gym right now! i have debated over it ever since i binged and i am going!! Hi everyone! I have never posted on here until now but have been using it for a while. I was just talking to my friend and we were trying to figure out a way to get ourselves NOT to binge!!
