Thanks ! I am going to see why you can not see it ! I want it open to all , need all the help I can get. As of retaining the water not sure I pee all the time REALLY. I get about 5-7 a day . I could be backed up the other way to or it could be the sodium.

My first week too and gained a pound ! Working on more water ! And need to work on the sodium thing !

Anyone want to look at the food I am eating and let me know what I am doing wrong go right ahead... You will see I am breastfeeding , but not sure if she is even getting any milk from me. I do not pump nor do I have one so I only occasionally take some calories off for breastfeeding & you can see that in my diary.

I know it sounds like you just want to stuff them , but what about putting them on the grill or oven racks then pull themout let them sweat in a plastic bag for about 10 minutes . Then slice them up put some oil on them and season them for taste . Or put turkey sauge in them with some low fat cheese.

The picture of me in the pink shirt is when I weighed 15 pound more. I only joined 7 days ago and am finding it hard to make friends here .

Does anyone do anything b-4 ( night b-4 or morning of ) getting on the scale ? For example I try to take most of the heavy things I have on , wait to eat breakfast, wear my hair in a ponytail, and make sure the scale is in the same place I weighed in last week !
