Ok so 150 jumping jacks donr!!! 100 ab crunches done!!! 50 chair dips.....ummmm not done only got to 10, but im determined to get them done before the end of the day those are a doozie for me ;)...Hope everyone else is doing well. Have a fabulous day!!!

Hello guys I thought I lost this thread...glad I found it again. Im still doing well Im on Day 3 Level 3....Its actually not as bad as I thought. I find it easier than the other levels. Almost there and things are going well. I hope all of you are hanging in there, and congrats to everyone for sticking it out.

Hey guys Im doing so well I can't believe the changes in my body and my strength...Im on Level 2 day 18, its tough but im hanging in there and doing the modifications where needed. Im almost ready for level 3 but kind of scared cause Level 2 aint nothing nice...Yall wish me luck as I will be rooting you all on!!!

I get 1690 a day to eat...I wonder the same thing to sometimes. Everyone has 1200 calories, don't know if that's what comes up or do they adjust it them self. But Im doing well so Im happy.

Its the same amount of time 5 min warm-up 20 min workout...only thing diff is its alot HARDER!!!! Im working through it, its tough but im gettin it done....So proud of myself :)

Hoping everyone is doing well out there....I will be on Day 10 Level 1 tomorrow (straight through no days missed :), and then on to Level 2 im nervous...wish me luck!!!! I can feel and see a difference...WOW it really works, keep it up guys and gals......

I would love to join Im on Level 1 Day 7, Im doing so much better now. I was so sore in the beginning it made me grumpy I just hurt all over ...I have my before pics can't wait till the after. Wish everyone the best of luck we can do this!!!!

Quaker Mini Rice Cakes might work.....they have several diff flavors. On average 18 cakes for about 130 calories.

Im so glad you said that ...it is annoying that you can't skip through certain parts, the ads and all. Hearing it the first time is enough, I think this everytime time I turn it on...Im on Day 7. I love the idea of turning music up I will do that tomorrow :)
