You're watching your calories, but what are you eating? If it's fattening, sugary, or contains unnecessary carbs, you won't get the results you want.
-
T25 will get you results, but don't expect to get ripped or get a six pack after the program. You have to do other stuff like lifting and running as well. Nutrition is the main key.
-
You should weigh yourself in the morning after at least 5 days of working out. You won't see a change within the same day or the next day weighing yourself. You have to put in days of work and check your progress afterwards.
-
Your nutrition has to be on point before you start seeing belly results. You can workout all you want, but lacking a good nutrition will prevent your goals. Not saying you don't, but you have to be persistent.
-
I never used it and got fine results. Sounds like it's just a trend.
-
Try to only eat things with natural sugars and not added sugar. Ex. Fruits are natural, sweet cereal is added sugar.

I'm going to tell you something that worked for me and many others. Fitness is 60% nutrition and 40% physical. You won't get results working out unless you eat the right foods. It's not how much you eat, it's what you eat.
-
The more you mix it up, the better. If you look to gain muscle, go for plateau busting weightlifting. If you want weight loss, it's mostly nutrition and cardio. I like to do some of everything. Routines don't work for everybody because their bodies aren't being "tricked"

60% nutrition 40% physical. If you're overweight, it's not about how much you eat, it's what you eat.

My daughter calling me fat and my friends getting 6 packs with women loving them.

I drink lean1 for breakfast sometimes if I don't have a meal and lean 15 for in between snack. They worked for me with weight loss, toning, and energy. I wouldn't lie to you. Just try stuff out until you find what's best for you. In addition, I take beachbody activit as a supplement.

If you try to wait and recover, you will never recover. Just like the previous poster said. Your body has to adjust to the impact. Soon you will no longer feel as sore. Waiting gets you no results.
-
Real happy for you. Keep up the good work.

Nutrition is the key to successful weight loss. Start out low impact with your workouts as well. It's not how much you eat, it's what you eat. Try meal replacement shakes. They fill you up and help you crave less. Vitamin B helps you gain the energy needed to put in work. I like to grill lean chicken breasts and put it in…

The posters above are right about the water weight. It seems discouraging, but it's actually encouraging. If you gain water weight, that means your body is ready to transform.
-
Here's my thesis. If you stop eating it, you will no longer crave it. Just stop for a week or two and you will ask yourself why you even liked to eat sweets. It worked for me and it's worth a shot.

Gaining muscle is good too. If you feel you want to lose more weight , it all depends on nutrition and what kind of workouts you do. Try a meal replacement shake 1-2 times a day and build metabolism by eating more often and lean foods like grilled fish and chicken. Of course lots of veggies. Then your workouts should…

Since I'm already finished with the program, I make my own schedule and lift weights in between. I noticed that my nutrition is the key to not only my results, but also my performance. Eat right you guys. If you do, nailing the workouts will happen more often.
-
You're not alone. I've finished the program except gamma. (Can't afford it yet) still can't lose the lower belly. I lost 20 lbs and toned even at the upper abs, but not the lower. Right now I'm doing extra sessions of dynamic core to better those results. Eating right too.

T25 is a good transition to Insanity. I did Insanity before T25. Isn't much harder, but it's long.
-
The good thing about my E&E pack is that it comes in individual packets so I don't have to scoop. It still keeps me up, but I'd rather deal with staying up than not nailing my workout.
-
I never logged how much I was eating and got great results. Just eat the right foods and there will be no reason to log them. If you're hungry, don't starve yourself, just eat a healthy meal. You can't burn calories without taking them in so just keep eating and work hard. Like I said on my previous post, you don't weigh…

Oh wait, forgot to introduce myself. I'm Justis, I'm 24 years old. I currently weigh 158lbs. I've finished the program and lost 14lbs, but I am still doing T25 for body sculpting along with other quick workouts that I've already been doing.
-
Wish I got this message a couple months back. I already finished the program, but still doing it so I don't mind going along with this challenge.

Don't want to sound rude, but how could it be too cold for a home based workout?

I've been finished with the program for about 2 weeks now. What I noticed is that I'm getting more results after I finished the schedule. Despite my plateau towards the end of the program, I enjoyed it. I recommend getting that E&E formula. It helps me get fueled and do the exercises correctly to get fast results. Just…

I'm now on my last week of T25 and just want to let all of the curious people know about my progress. In my last weigh in I noticed that I dropped 12 pounds without a strict diet. One thing that I don't like it's that I hardly nail any of the workouts and I heard that the beachbody supplements help. However, there is no…

I posted a few weeks back and just wanted to update results. T25 didn't seem like it was going to be successful the first month, but towards the end of the first month, you see little results. I'm now on week 4 of Beta Cycle and without a diet plan, 10lbs vanished in thin air. I was never obese which makes it harder to…
