I finished a 31 day "Arm Challenge" yesterday, and when I took my after pics today to compare to day 1 I saw a huge difference. Gone are the bingo wings and I actually look like I have biceps now! Congrats everyone on their NSVs!

I'm not the best at the whole weighing thing, mostly because I cook for 4 all the time and mealtime is stressful enough. Some days I'm under, others I'm over, but I've done well so far in my opinion. I try to find a delicate balance between healthy for me, and tastes good for my clan!

I'd say in the 150-160 range, just because I'm 5'5" and 170 and look bigger than you, but have been told I "carry my weight well"
