i clean eat i avoid all junk foods which i cut out almost 2 months ago and honestly don't miss it. i don't drink any sort of soda and once in awhile if i'm feeling lazy do i reach for a lean cuisine etc other wise i eat 2 veggies a protein for my lunch and dinner. I have been over weight since i had health issues when I turned 30 years old..............now i'm 45 and gained a lot of weight but only became active in MFP July 1st. I have been working out 2x a day doing Jane Fonda and i've lost a bit of weight but the most important is that i went down a size in clothing since my waist…

When I went for a walk and had to stop 2x to catch my breath enough was enough i cut out all junk food out of my diet eating healthy now and down 12 lbs in 3 weeks :smile:

I have done this as well. Not sure why it happens probably since you body is missing something. I usually do it on carbs since i avoid them at all costs most of the time. I don't sweat it I just pick myself up and start the new day fresh. Of course I feel ultra guilty about doing it but nothing can be done after the fact.

What I did when I finally decided enough was enough for me I cut out all junk food and since doing so I have lost 9 lbs in 2 weeks
