ran out of bottled water so i had to fill up my water bottle with tap water LOL

egg whites, either turkey sausage or chicken bacon and either 1/2 cup of potatoes or slice of wheat/brown bread coming in around 250-300 calories and fills me up until lunch

until i started measuring & weighing my food i didn't see any changes

you're not eating enough you will put your body into starvation mode and will stop losing weight try to add some protein like peanut butter etc into your diet otherwise you will get frustrated.

eggs are my go to if its late and i'm still hungry and want something that will fill that "void" i feel i have
