5'6 127 lbs TDEE (i don't eat back my exercise calories) I usually aim for under 1400 as I'm still trying to lose 7 lbs

I have this feeling too sometimes. At first it was because I had just started and I wanted to make sure that I was really following my caloric intake, and now that I've been doing it a while and I am close to my goal, I keep getting nervous that I'll go over and gain back the weight or that I won't reach my goal. I've made…

Haha, I too gained everything back as soon as we got married. Took about 4-5 months but I put on a good 25lbs. Now I'm about back to my wedding weight

I'd rather work out in the afternoon but because of my work schedule I have to do it in the morning. It took me about a month to get used to it and I feel more motivated to eat better through the day if I've gotten in a good work out in the morning. And I feel a little less inclined to eat terrible and undo what I've done.…

I buy the skinny cow ice cream sandwiches and make sure I leave enough room for it in my daily allowance. They're really tasty and do the trick

I bought the select-tech weights from Bowflex. They're about $300 on Amazon so they're a little pricey but I've found them to be a good investment

I end up in the same boat as you when I'm at my target weight. Unfortunately, you can't make your hip bones any less wide. It just is what it is. But increasing muscle mass to your arms/upper body might give you that more hour glass shape you're talking about

As someone who also loves to eat..and loves food and all aspects of being able to go out and spent time with my friends and husband at bars and restaurants, I totally understand where you're coming from. I put on about 20 lbs after my wedding from eating whatever I pleased and being "social" in a matter of months. The way…

I actually went and looked it up and it's a legit diagnosis, but it's also a pretty rare diagnosis. Generally people who have it are given EpiPens, anti-histamines, etc. So if OP was diagnosed with this, one would think that they were given instructions on how to deal with it.

I'm currently in week 2 of the Lean Circuit, but I am starting it again right after I finish. Feel free to add me as well!

I'm just confused by the "I probably have it". If you were told you have it by a medical professional I'd have to think that they would have given you recommendations.

Huh? What do you mean anaphalaxis? What symptoms do you get?

When I got close to my goal weight a few years ago I started using the weekends as my "cheat". First it started with Saturday all day and maybe going out for brunch Sunday and reigning it in a little for dinner. Then it turned into a gorge fest from Friday night until Sunday night. I started to gain my weight back slowly,…

I've been starting my morning off by drinking a big glass (like 16 oz) of water before I do anything. I work out in the morning, and surprisingly it really wakes me up and I don't feel as sluggish. I also have a cup of coffee, but only after having the water. Seems to help

Elevated triglycerides could also be from alcohol consumption. If he drinks regularly, he may want to cut back.

I did the Chalean/TurboFire hybrid before my wedding. It's 5 months long and it's pretty rough but doable.

I have been working out during my lunch break as well. I usually mix it up and do either 30minutes on the bike doing intervals, walking on an incline (usually 4-5% at 4mph) or running for a few miles.
