week 2 sw 153 cw 152 gw 140 Last Saturday I weighed in at 153, ate like a crazy woman Sat and Sun. Monday I was 157, took me all week to get that off plus one. I am determined not to do that again this weekend. GO RAVENS

Completed the first challenge, getting a ped today, but i walk 3 miles everyday so Im sure im there with the 1000. Thanks for all your help Chloe.

54 here, yes it seems harder, but so much more worth it, Think about how much we now need to take care of our bodies. I am fighting to stand straight, keeep my bones strong, and my heart healthy and be hot hehe. Fight with me!!!!

hi Im Sandie, long story short, 279 gastric bypass 140 for the last 7 yerars, double knee replacement 2011 and all the sudden I'm 159 wow. How did 19 pounds creep up?
