In response to looking for almond butter, it's really easy to make your own. Ever since buying some fresh ground almond butter at Whole Foods, I have been making my own. I put them in our Ninja and grind them up. I eat it every morning. As for my new food obsession, it's Cauliflower "Fried Rice".

I too have a desk job ( for the most part). I keep a bottle of water with me at all times. I have been switching it up by adding different fruits to give it a different flavor. And I keep healthy snacks in my office ( cheese sticks, hard boiled eggs, nuts, etc.). I make sure I eat breakfast and lunch everyday. I also…

I just made the Skinnytaste Stuffed Cabbage Casserole for dinner tonight. I made some of my own adjustments to the recipe. I used lean ground turkey and left off the cheese. It was delicious and very filling. The recipe makes a lot. It was so much easier than making traditional cabbage rolls. I would recommend this recipe!
