I've heard not so good reviews on the noodles due to smell and texture. What exactly is the texture and when you cook them, does the odor go away? I'm interested in trying them, but I am the only one in my family willing to try them. I don't want to spend the money, if it is something that will turn my stomach due to smell…

2 lb. loss! Finally!

Gained 1 lb this week. Better than what the scale has been telling me. I know I stayed under me calories, but didn't have the best choices. I need to re-evaluate my menus. I have a feeling the even though I'm staying under calories and pretty much spot on for protein, fat and carbs, I think I'm taking in too much sodium.…

I know for me, it's difficult when you don't lose anything or you gain, when you did everything you were supposed to. It's one thing if you indulged and had those results. But, that was last week and this is this week and I'm just going to keep on trying. Something has to give at sometime, right? :#
