In your situation, I would either try and do a little something on your lunch hour, but MOSTLY I would focus on having the cleanest eating possible. Diet is 90% of our health IMO anyway. I personally would NOT try to work out by missing additional sleep or if I was too stressed. I feel that can do more harm than good.

Mostly because they fail to realize healthy eating at least 90% of the time is really a complete lifestyle change, not a temporary diet. Making the change and losing can be difficult, but learning how to maintain can also be a challenge. Also, I believe many people focus WAY TOO MUCH on HOW MUCH they eat vs WHAT they eat,…

Yes, with much success including losing 68 lbs and getting of my epilepsy meds!! I use the primal/paleo template as well. Best thing that ever happened to me health and nutrition-wise. It's made me SO much more aware of how important WHAT we put into our body is vs how much we put into it and how each type of food affects…

Leftovers are always good and easy! I always try to fashion my lunch around a protein, veggie and healthy fat. A nice salad is an easy lunch to pack - bring your own olive oil and vinegar, etc (avoid those polyunsaturated fats - very inflammatory). Cook some type of protein over the weekend and freeze in single serving…

Processed foods including an excess of way too many unnecessary carbs. I ditched that crap and lost 65+ lbs and got off my epilepsy medication!

I saute it in coconut oil.

Google paleo breakfast and you will find grain free (usually low-carb) breakfasts all over the place. I make almond meal muffins with veggies in them. Scrumptious and grab and go!

99% of processed foods. This includes grains, any low-fat dairy and most legumes. I follow a primal eating plan - had tons of success.

Search google with "paleo" or "primal" recipes and you'll find TONS of sites!

You look so attractive and healthy!! Seriously, the scale means nothing when you're in this good of shape! I know we all have a "number" in mind, but really, overall health is so much more important!! Hopefully you come to realize how great you look and enjoy your health and wonderful body! Great job!

Personally, I don't limit my fat. I eat a high fat, moderate protein and low carb way if you look at it from a caloric standpoint. I just make sure the fats are healthy - healthy animal fat, avocado, healthy oils. I do NOT eat trans fat, man-made fats, low fat processed products and I try to limit polyunsaturated fats.…

:) Great minds. :) I think the honest answer is that you have to work with your body and see. Experiment with carbs/calories and track well and give each new combination at least a month to see trends. I will ALWAYS keep my carbs low because I know that works for me and makes me feel amazing, but some may be able to go a…

http://www.marksdailyapple.com/the-primal-carbohydrate-continuum/ A good read. I've kept mine at the top end of the ketogenic level - around 50 net carbs a day and that has worked extremely well for me for weight loss. About 67 lbs now in 11 months. I started at 20 net (carbs less fiber) carbs a day for 2 weeks and…

Corn is a grain. Beans are legumes (even green beans). :)

2 friend eggs, 4 pieces of bacon, 2 cups of coffee with 2 tbsp heavy whipping cream and splenda. approx 350 calories (I don't watch calories though).
-
Never a friend (in terms of health/nutrients to the body) - but a RARE enjoyment. Like once a month if that.

I wish! :) Close though. 36!
