i used to use skimble, to track my running distance but lately it has not been tracking and stops halfway through my run, soo frustrating! I've downloaded mapmyrun and think i'm gonna switch to that.

i've tried both! just a few dvds here and there, Insanity is Insaaane! haha, and Turbo fire is fun. both seem great to me though. what do you think you would enjoy more?

i'm with you! that is mine as well. the other day at work i realized this when i had to keep pulling my pants up every damn time, it's a good feeling, but also becomes annoying because im not gonna go out and buy new clothes till i'm at my goal. so in the meantime i walk around with clothes bigger/looser on me. haha.

if you have chocolate protein powder, mix 2-3 tbs of water with that and a bit of peanut butter and microwave it for 20 seconds. it's like fudge. It's actually a recipe from someone who posted it on here.

honestly, the first time I went out jogging with a friend, that was back in mid June, and I was terrified to go because I didn't wanna be seen outside running. well I went that one time and loved it and haven't stopped since :)
