LOL this is the best thread name ever. Thanks for the laugh. My answer is yes.

When I started my journey I did P90X, it literally saved my life. Stopped partying, eating junk, smoking etc and focused on fitness.

I'm having the same issue, but the major thing is to just plan ahead and play around with next day meals to ensure you don't go over fat and hit the macros.

I signed up for group fitness, if we don't show up we have to do 50 burpees next time we are in so that's motivation enough lol. Also found when I had a PT I knew I couldn't just hit the snooze button and forget about it. The longer you do it the easier it'll get. I used to wake up at 4am to workout at 4:30 before, but I…

UPDATE: I went in the pm after work a while ago, I marched right in there, but I wasn't feeling it. I wasn't even anxious at how many people were there, I noticed everyone was doing their own thing but it WAS SO EFFIN BUSY OMG, I wasn't scared though, I was just annoyed at how busy it was and the lack of space. So back to…

hahaha, I love this post. As someone who has had gym anxiety in the past, this post makes me smile. I don't really look fit, but I like to think I am somewhat fit. my thoughts are usually arriving at gym I hope it's not not busy, please let it not be busy during workouts i need a new workout playlist -let's see what i…

I'm also confused, when you say you will be around 1000 calories under your goal? What exactly are your goals? I understand the having no time to cook as I have spent most of my life working two jobs, and I found it more difficult to eat healthy when I was always on the go. My suggestion would be to meal prep one day of…

I was never a morning person but I started waking up at 4:30am to workout by 4:45,5 am. At some point I started waking up at 4:15 to workout at 4:30 and found that it gets easier the more consistent you are with it. I just shoot right out of bed in the morning not even giving myself a chance to second guess what I am…

that sounds so delicious!

Ninerbuff. I do have an online coach that provides me workouts, and whenever I get a chance my bf and I train together in the evenings and even though it's packed I find it helps when I have someone there guiding me. Update though. I went at 5:30 this morning and it was only slightly busy, not so much, but busier then it…

wow, what time do you go to bed if you're there that early? and i feel you 100%! that's how I feel regarding wanting to get the machines out of the way before the guys get them.

Hey there, I've been in that position before. I lost 20lbs and went on a vacation and drank and ate my food in weight. Upon returning back I maintained the same frame of mind and ended up gaining 10lbs. It took me a LONG time to get back to the frame of mind where I had lost the 20 lbs. You just gotta put in the work,…

thanks everyone. and Shanel how do you find going so early? I find i eat more cuz I am awake for longer. I'm going to go tomorrow after work and just do it, intimidation and all. I'm going to try and go today too but just for Cardio, that I have no problem with doing in the pm haha.

I like my gym because its a 3 minute walk from my place. I think you guys are right. I just have to dive in and do my thing. I think i'm mostly petrified cuz it's mostly a bunch of jacked dudes lifting weights and I do fear being judged.

yum

I do this too! I step on the scale and when I see i've lost It's like my mind goes "oh hey, you can afford to eat this chocolate bar" and before I know it I'm off the wagon >.<

your date was a tool. don't listen to him. and don't let his words ruin any future relationships. you do you girl! love yourself and be proud of what your body can do.

i did it 3,4 years ago and that is when i started my fitness journey and actually stuck to it. i lost 20 lbs (i did two rounds of it). the best advice i can give is what tony says "just hit play"
-
I did one round of piyo and loved it! i'm currently on round two as I had a lower back injury and I find it really helps relieve the pain.
-
I started with P90X , lost 20 lbs doing two rounds of it. I do weight training now but I will always have a love for P90X because that's what got me started.
-
I can walk fine, it's just when I stretch it, it feels uncomfortable.
