Just wanted to wish you the best for your Tri. I also have been doing tri's for a few years now. You have already got great advice here so I just want to say have fun. When your foot is better start doing some brick as previously mentioned.

#1 Had to do it. Never did reach Knight over there. Was GURU forever. Great to see all these familiar faces. Really looks like a great site. And we got about 24 inches of snow last night and today.
